OH MY GOODNESS!!! I am not having teenagers! I decided that I agree with my father in law 100% and that may is I believe in late teen abortion! (If you don't get it don't be offended). Here's how my day has gone, compare as you will. Woke up 4:30, met at the high school to pick up 23 teenagers. After much rearranging, we finally had everyone and thing in vehicles ready for the 10 HOUR journey. We had only three boys in our car, but I think they were the worse teenage boys ever! Well 2 of them were. One of the boys just slept in the back and was a gem!
Now I know that I was probably not a very fun teenager, but I don't think I was this bad. These boys were like teenage girls and their talking, jabber jabber, jabber, about nothing!!! They would ask a question that the other had JUST asked. They talk about things that shouldn't be talked about as being 13 year old children, and I have to say if I was their parent I would definitely have a very grounded young boy. It was like they didn't have a sensor, they said what was on their minds. One of the boys told a story about something had said to his school teacher. I won't tell you the story (unless you ask) but know that Nels and I both reamed him for it and we were quite appalled.
Anyways long story short (too late) We are FINALLY here in Las Vegas and I am more than thrilled to be going to sleep and that I don't have teenagers yet. Even though when I finally get to that stage in life I will be shipping my kids off to grandparents :) I finally realize why parents ship their children off to boarding schools. I am a firm believer now!
p.s Nels was finishing up with football weigh ins he turns to me and says "we aren't having children, we are having you fixed as soon as we get home!" HAHA yeah right if anyone is "getting fixed" it isn't me babe!

Self Check-out
I have decided that if I were to rule the world there would be self check-outs in every store. I hate standing in line with certain items. (You decide what I am buying) You try to hide it in your basket or cart, and then you have to pick whether you want a female or male cashier. All the while you know they're thinking. "bahahahaha they're buying this! How embarrassing! I can't wait to get home to tell all my friends and post it as a facebook status." I hate it! Why can't all stores have a self check out? Then I could just cover it up in my basket and swipe it myself and bag it quickly without the eyes on me. Normally It wouldn't bother me, but then I think well what else can I buy so that the cashier doesn't read into what I am buying. Like do the items go together, example. Tampons and chocolate, or excess amounts of fatty junk food, not that I am embarrassed to buy tampons. Maybe I am the only one of you (very few readers) that gets a little embarrassed. Maybe there should be a drive thru embarrass shop. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. You just drive up ask for your items and they are given to you, then only one person knows what you bough and you can hide it in your car. Or a vending machine, then you could just swipe your card and it automatically gets dispensed to you. If only, If only I were to rule the world.
