Getting rid of the mullet!
I got to be there for one of Phineas' haircuts. His hair was so long he had a nice rat tail in the back that was starting to resemble a mullet. He would almost put Joe dirt to shame. He was okay for the first couple of cuts with the razor, but soon freaked out. He would hold his hand up to his head where the hair was gone and just freak out. I was trying to entertain him while he got his haircut by showing him pictures of himself off my camera. He's a very narcissistic baby. I couldn't get him to calm down enough so I made a video of him crying and this is what I got. I am thinking that this is going to win me some money! Have you ever seen a baby so sad to have his business in the front, party in the back become all business? I love him!

Phineas fun!
My visit
My visit had many key points in my head, but most circled around the food that I wanted to eat. All of which were restaurants that aren't here. The first day I went to Zupas with mom and had a delicious nuts about berries salad and a Turkey spinach artichoke panini. It was all I had hoped for and definitely hit the spot. That night my mom made Shrimp Steak!! My mom and sisters had gone up to Brigham city to go to Maddox(the most delicious restaurant) without me the week before I came. So my amazing and thoughtful mother bought some Shrimp steaks which is what we all order, to bring home and cook for me. They were beyond delicious!!! She also got some of there Raspberry butter that I got to taste. My sister-in-law Jenn got it for her for a present when they were there the previous week. I was so excited to have something that I thought was too long of a drive to go get. The next day I got to go to CAFE RIO and ate a delicious pork salad! YUm! Man do I miss that fresh yumminess. THEN, yesterday my parents picked me up some winger's wings! UGH so good. My mom also made some lasagna casserole thing, It was awesome. I love my mom's cooking, not that she just picks stuff up randomly and restaurants, but she really is a good cook. Not always something too fancy, but she always tries to make a healthy good meal made with love. I wish that I could be more like my mother. She is such a good example.

New Chairs
I've been wanting to recover out kitchen chairs. They are the landlords so I wasn't sure if I would be able too. Once I got the go ahead, I went and picked up a staple gun and fabric. Today I went to work. They look great!!!! These pictures don't do the fabric justice, the colors are more of a rusty red and burnt orange, but who cares they look great! I love them. The originals were a nasty gray that I thought was just dirty from wear, but in fact it was gray, but still a nasty dirty grundgy gray. So enough about how cute they are...here they are.

BABY!!!
Carter came to visit us for the weekend a few weeks ago. We went to Target to dink around and have fun. Carter and I were looking at all the different baby foods and wondering what they tasted like. So Carter and I debated what would be the weirdest/best ones.
I will NEVER let my baby have Macaroni and Cheese it was disgusting! No baby should be tortured in such a way. The fruit ones that we had picked out were delish! I'm thinking maybe i'll pick some up just for a low calorie dessert. Any who here's some of the spread.
These 3 were all delicious. Oatmeal with applesauce and bananas, Banana Strawberry, and apples and Georgian peaches-with DHA for healthy eyes.

Macaroni and cheese was bland and gritty, it tasted like paste, Sweat potatoes and turkey was actually, not bad, and Lasagna with meat sauce was like eating chef boyardee that had noodle balls and no salt , kinda bland.
